Terms and Policy
OUR TERMS for SHALLYN online purchases:
Check/M.O. has to be enclosed with order form for order to be placed.
All major credit Cards accepted, an email address is required.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: For questions on a previously placed order, please contact our Sales Office at 1-877-SHALLYN (742.5596) or 610.239.7427, Mon-Fri 10a-6p EST or email ASKSHALLYN@eSHALLYN.com. You will be provided with status of your order, answered billing questions and/or provided a replacement order, credit or refund.
RETURNS: Merchandise may be returned with AUTHORIZATION from customer service. Returns must be in original carton and be in new condition as determined by SHALLYN. Close-outs and used items are not returnable. Merchandise may be returned within 15-30 days of invoice with a 4% restocking fee on credit card purchases. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 90 DAYS. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns (outgoing and incoming). Return address is at top of invoice. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt, any claim after 7 days will not be honored.
SHALLYN GIFT CARDS Online gift cards can be redeemed by faxing order form or calling in the order with serial # and expiration date stated. Only one gift card can be used with order placed. No cash will be given in lieu of gift card, card can only be used for merchandise or services only. If gift card was mailed and order is placed online, gift card has to be mailed to SHALLYN with order form in order for it to be honored.
BACK ORDERS: If out of stock we will Back Order upon notification and/or otherwise requested to. A back order could take up to 10 days.
FOR YOUR RECORDS: Please print 2 copies of order form, one sent to SHALLYN and the other for your records.
